I'm just clips that I downloaded of vimeo to use for your own dvd. The only question is whether the quality of this is sufficient - in each case are 1280x720pixel (mov with linear pcm, H264, 59.94 fps and with mpg4 aac, h264, mpeg-4 odsm) but only 182mb for 2:42 min and 25 for 1:25 min?
so you can start or what the codec is too hard? dvd must anyway be scaled down to a pal so I'm even a little "game" or not?
and the legal issue is resolved;)

Fortunately, modern encoders generate in connection with modern codecs, file sizes are purely dependent on the content.
Ie about that one hour resulted filming a black wall (no movement) in an identical file size as 30 seconds at sea wind force 6
Much more critical is the frame rate of 60 (or 59.94) frames ...

I was just insecure - I'm somewhere, the information well be down to 8 times the size accounts?
and the frame rate I would convert with mpegstreamclip - beautiful is certainly not be: over the determined usable!
