Hello!
I have a film in 4 minutes and to reduce the material of vob in avi or mpeg convert, that I can import to premiere. Do you know a good (free) converter to which I converted to the parts to find out?
If I convert the entire movie depends on the program is on a regular basis.
Would be really great if you could help me.

I always had the same problem with the premiere and its Vob problems. I have now TMPGEnc MPEG Editor 2.0 fetched (around 35 Eur) and thus successfully Vobs or even whole DVDs as unchanged (not re-converted) mpg file into Premiere Imports and could edit it. Even entire movies were not a problem. The software is synonymous ziemliech fast.

free and s.zuverlässigsten: virdubmod to convert avi. Dodgy is synonymous with mpeg streams s.denen main concept and Tmpeg fail. still need NEN dv codec on the virdub can access, otherwise just get out unkompriemiert: panasonic dv codec available for free in the network.
sound must be in virdub Demultiplexing and separately to convert wav. ac3 filter purely knock, then sees ac3 sound application.
if material of a standalone device to check if necessary resolution of virdub resize filter used.
