I have a movie in Final Cut Pro 6 cut, would now like the green screen shots for further export into AE. How would you say to the export, that the lowest quality losses occur?

If you do not have Automatic Duck and as an independent film need to export, then unfortunately you have to do exactly that. I am myself only in the process of the stumbling blocks to find along the way lie. The important thing is: NO change in Final Cut Pro, back in the 8-bit to be rendered. Only exports of unmodified clip.
In the sequence settings, the checkbox
