it is to despair. but we must now up to 1 GB upload, or what I see as wrong? My video is 300 - 400 MB, depending on the setting.

Perhaps swallowed the Youtube s.irgendwelchen settings or profiles of h264. Possibly. synonymous s.einem incompatible stream.
Just try your video in the high Resolutionzu export, however, as a h263 codec (with about 1.5 times more bitrate!) Selected.
If this still does not work, then export the sound but not as AAC as an MP3.
If it does, then you have found your source of errors.

Anna 300-400 MB for 3:24 with H.264 in size? Then you make huge but what's wrong, not even in 720p to get the size. Greater than 50 MB is absolutely no sense. I have a lot of stuff uploaded to YouTube, all in H.264 and AAC.

with a few frames is clarified, it is s.einer setting when exporting from adobe premiere: "Optimize Stills" must be deactivated ... gave me a clever user betrayed
trotzdem hab eich h.264 with large porbleme - perhaps like premiere since snicht so? have an old - version 7 ...

try mp4 times with H264 encoding - because you will get at 3.5 min and about 50-100mb a top bild!
